P2H Booklet Order Form
Please fill out the form in its entirety to order stock of the 5th edition of the Passport 2 History booklet. Frequently asked questions are below the form, please read through them and reach out if you have any additional questions.
The booklet cost is $4 per book, and $6 to retail.

Site stickers will be included with your order. If you were included in the 4th edition, your site designation has not changed and you can use remaining stickers if you have them. If you are new to the program a site designation has been assigned to you.

Please allow P2H staff 1-2 weeks to pack and ship your order. We’re a small team here at the museum and we appreciate your patience! If you need your booklets sooner we recommend you arrange to pick them up if you’re able to.

The 4th edition is no longer in stock. If you have remaining inventory it is up to you if you’d like to continue selling it or not. We will still be giving out prizes to participants who complete previous editions, and you can direct them to the P2H staff with any questions. However, we do have new sites joining us in the 5th edition, so we would encourage everyone to push the newest booklet for accuracy and inclusion.

There is unfortunately no discount available for any quantity of books ordered. We have worked hard to keep costs low between editions, and we are proud that in the five years since the last printing costs have only risen by $1. We understand each site has different financial capabilities, and there is no minimum required to order.
